Giving one star simple because 0 was not an option.I Don’t usually write reviews but I’m completely disgusted with the quality and poor customer service after the purchase. Purchase a 22in lace front wig(5/6) only to the hair to be completed matted with in 15 days and shedding extremely bad. I’ve taken it to a professional stylist to get assist and nothing helps. I’m soo disappointed because the wig was nice when I purchased. This is very very poor quality hair please save your money

Place was dusty. I bought a synthetic wig and it had bugs in it . They do not allow you to open the wigs until you buy it . Can’t even get a lil look inside of it honestly. They don’t do refunds either. Staff was talking to a young lady crazy even just a very bad experience . They are very racist they have listen devices throughout out the building cause they don’t trust black people just watching and listening to evb conversations.

Won't go back, Ima quit going to places like this... Even if I have to pay more for same, can't be too much higher than this. man hollered to coworker to keep eye on me once I turned around from picking nails. I hope the community stop shopping too

Stop giving these places good reviews when you clearly don't know what is going on when you are not there. Very ill- mannered to their employees and the only reason they hire black employees is for your money. I feel, if you are rude to your employees that look like me, you are rude to me. This a sure never again!!

Your experience will be based on the staff, my first visit was excellent. My next visit was horrible - the young woman there had a very different aesthetic - she did not look tasteful or stylish to a woman of my age category and seemed preoccupied with her phone. I was finally able to find a wig on my own which cost me $10 more at the register than the one I looked at in the back of the store so you have to watch them. I hate buying wigs online though and they tend to have a good selection. If you can find another place though I say try there FIRST.

DO NOT BUY WIGS FROM HERE! I took my daughter here December 26th. She tried on two 18 inch wigs. One was too small so we purchased the other one. We got home and it looked nothing like the display. It’s thin, it’s not 14 inches (which we asked for and what is on the box). You can see where the top row stop halfway the wig, split ends and all. It’s very thin and one of the tracks is already coming on. Ladies, check your boxes thoroughly. This place may be good for products as they have everything, but stay away for wigs! It’s a big, rip off! Pictures are attached!

Great, place, clean, and spacious. Reasonable prices. Brought the money purse and its way cheaper than Plaza Now, Big T and Bruton Bazaar, as in REALLY.

The young lady who mentioned she bought $600 worth of hair and was faulty is misleading she works for the competition.we challenge any competitor to beat our quality and our prices we appreciate and respect our customers and go out of our way to please them!
